Regiment 1st. Artillery Battery "F". John was in the battles of Chancellorsville & Gettysburg. According to the 1870 census, John worked as a carpenter. John is buried in Pipertown Cemetery Pipertown WV Sarah (Sally) Jane Buzzard is the daughter of George Buzzard & Elizabeth Scanlitt and was born Dec.10, 1846 in Harpers Ferry WV and died June 25, 1913 in Valier Pa. Sarah is one of ten children, the others being George/Albert/Dennis/Margaret/Frances/Christina/ John/Joseph & Mary Virginia. Sarah is buried in Valier Cemetery (Row 14 Perry Twsp) Valier Pa. Margaret Irene Piper Kellison was born March 11 1882 in Silver Grove WV to John Piper & Mary Edehulberger and died Oct. 11 1935 in Silver Grove WV. Her 1st husband was Harry Kellison and they had a son Leslie Delmar and 2 daughters Catherine & Bertha Margaret is buried in Piper Cemetery Pipertown WV Nyman Chitister is the son of Daniel Chitister and Elizabeth Schrumm was born Oct. 25 1840 in Reynoldsville Pa.
